How long does shipping take?

Shipment delivery time by destination:

US Shipment: 7 - 30 working days

Europe Shipment: 7-30 working days

All Other Countries: 15-45 - working days

How do you ship the packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world.

If your order has not arrived:

You may receive a refund if your order has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame. If your order has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame, you have 40 days to contact us to arrange a refund or a reshipment of your order at our expense. If you have not contacted us within 40 days, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment of your order.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping:

Our shipping times can be found in our Customer Care Centre. You will be given a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are responsible if the parcel does not arrive at your shipping address up to 40 days AFTER the promised shipping time frame has ENDED. After that, we cannot refund you if the parcel has not yet arrived. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame.

Please note: If we arrange a reshipment of your parcel, the promised shipping time frame restarts to the date the new parcel is shipped.
